The chinked log cabin was built by Lenora and JT Crabtree in 1937 with updates and additions added through the 1970s by descendants Helen and Sam Gibbs. The octagonal Topsider is an accessory building that was erected in the 1980s and used as a small chapel. The two adjoining parcels will be sold for one bid.
